On Friday, January 13th, 2023, we shut down the entire production and gathered all our employees for a strategy meeting.
Here, the employees were able to work across departments and fields to discuss how we will achieve our goals for 2023. This is the first time we have shut down the entire company to gather all of our employees for such a meeting – and the result? Good dialogue, high engagement, ownership, and collaboration across the company in a way that has not been done before.
The most important thing is that all employees at GAN understand our shared goals for 2023, and how each individual can take ownership and contribute to achieving these goals.
After the COVID crisis, we are seeing a rapid recovery in the industry, and many customers are looking at us as a strategic partner to help with increased delivery of aircraft engines. For GAN, this means a more than 50% increase in volume in the workshop over the next two years, as well as a number of new products that need to be developed and qualified. To succeed, we must collaborate across all functions, and a day like this provides a great opportunity to discuss creative solutions together.
By gathering everyone in this way, we will be able to involve our employees in future priorities and give them ownership of the strategy we will be working on in 2023.
