Global Graduate - Aerospace Engineering

The Opportunity

Our graduate program is well established, celebrating over 30 years of success. It is highly personalized and enables you to set your own goals and explore your own interests. During the 22-month program you will complete placements within the company where you have the opportunity to explore different areas of our business at the same time as you work on real projects, solving real problems and delivering real change. Part of your time will be devoted to graduate activities such as sessions with senior leaders/specialists, study visits, fairs, courses etc. The first 16 months are carried out in Kongsberg followed by a 6 month long international placement.

 

We will provide development through a formal global development program. The development program will help you progress from being an individual contributor towards leading others, preparing you for potential leadership roles in the future.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills

  • MSc/BSc degree in Manufacturing Engineering (or similar) (studies completed before start of the program)
  • Young professional/ Maximum 2 years relevant experience after graduation
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian, both spoken and written
  • Valid work permit for Norway
  • Relevant experience from student projects and/or internships is an advantage.

  • Travel expectations: All applicants should have the ability to travel during the program and work abroad for 6 months.
